We handle it end to end.
All the garden furniture we make is heavy, handcrafted and one of a kind, so there is no single way to move it. Depending on where you are and what you have ordered, we will use our own team, a professional furniture removalist, a crane truck, or a carefully packed flat-pack pallet. Whichever way it travels, we talk you through it before anything leaves the workshop, and your furniture is insured for damage in transit.

A lot of our work goes to farms, small towns, coastal properties, country schools, showgrounds and remote community projects. Long driveways, gravel tracks, no forklift, no loading dock, that is normal for us. We have sent tables and bench seats to places most furniture companies quietly decline to quote, and we would much rather find a way than tell you it is too far.

Local & regional Victoria
Our own team loads it, drives it and sets it up where you want it. We assemble on site, level it, clean it down and take the packaging away with us. We are fully insured, including public liability, so we are welcome on residential, school and council sites.

Interstate removalists
For interstate work we use professional furniture removalists we have worked with for years. Depending on weight and access, your timber furniture travels either fully assembled or carefully disassembled, then reassembled on arrival.

Crane truck delivery
For large commercial and organisational projects, big settings, heavy sleeper benches or awkward sites, we arrange a crane truck. The outdoor furniture is lifted straight from the truck into position, over fences, garden beds or paving.

Flat-pack pallet courier
All our garden furniture is fully built in our workshop first, then carefully dismantled, labelled, packed and palletised. A third-party carrier collects it and delivers nationwide. Assembly instructions come with it, and you can call us any time while you are putting it together.

Self-assembly
Straightforward, but plan on two people and basic hand tools. Because everything is handcrafted from natural timber, no two boards are identical, so some parts are matched to a specific position. Follow the labels and the instructions and it goes together cleanly. If anything is unclear, call us and we will walk you through it.
TK-trained installation
Prefer it done for you? Our own trained team, or an installer we have briefed, will assemble and place the outdoor furniture on site, check every joint and leave it ready to use. Standard for local and regional Victoria, and available further afield on request.
Coordinated with your facilities team
For schools, councils, parks and larger organisational projects we work directly with your facilities or grounds team. We supply drawings, weights, access requirements and insurance documentation ahead of time so install day runs to plan.
The questions we get asked most.
It depends on the method. Our own team is charged at an hourly rate including travel. Removalists price on volume and location. Pallet couriers price on weight and volume. Because every item of garden furniture and every address is different, we give you a firm delivery figure with your quote once we know what you are ordering and where it is going.
Your furniture is made to order, so delivery is arranged around the build. We contact you as soon as your timber furniture is finished to book a time that suits you, and we will give you an honest indication of the build lead time up front, especially for memorial work where timing matters.
Yes. Your outdoor furniture is insured for damage during delivery, whether it travels with our team, a removalist or a pallet carrier. Our own crew also carries public liability cover for on-site work.
For most garden furniture it is a two-person job with basic hand tools and about an hour. Everything is built and test-fitted in our workshop first, then dismantled and labelled. The only thing to watch is that natural timber is not perfectly uniform, so some components are matched to a particular position. The labels tell you which is which, and we are a phone call away.
